We work with natural ingredients. Therefore every batch made may differ in color and smell based on the season and region they are harvested from. This does however not impact the efficacy of the product. The safety and operation of our products are always consistent.

Yes! Of course there is no product out there that will work for everyone, but our products can help to regulate the skin’s oil production, calm inflammation, and heal the skin.

Some people may not experience a skin purge at all when they start using active products and some people might experience a purge. Sometimes the skin has to 'get rid' of chemical ingredients and the skin may initially become a bit restless. The skin is then in a transition phase. After about two till four weeks, the skin should calm down. When in doubt, always contact your doctor or dermatologist. When in doubt about an allergy to the ingredients, always try it in the elbow first.

We highly encourage customers to repurpose their jars once they’re empty! If you choose not to repurpose, our containers are all 100% recyclable. As of now, we don’t have the proper sanitization equipment to legally accept containers back to be sanitized and refilled. As we grow, we plan to make this an option in the future!

Yes, at the moment we offer free shipping on orders over 50 Euro for the Netherlands, and 70 Euro to a few European countries.

Returns & Refunds

We do our best to ensure product satisfaction. However, if for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we accept returns for unused and unopened products, notifying us within 72 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept items that are used or opened as we uphold the highest hygiene standards.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
